1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the WonderX website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing our services.

2. Use License

2.1 Grant of License

5.1 Our Intellectual Property

The services and their original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of WonderX and its licensors. The services are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both domestic and foreign countries.

5.2 Your Content

You retain all rights to any content you submit, post, or display on or through the services. By submitting, posting, or displaying content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, copy, reproduce, process, adapt, modify, publish, transmit, display, and distribute such content.

WonderX makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.

Further, WonderX does not warrant or make any representations concerning the accuracy, likely results, or reliability of the use of the materials on its website or otherwise relating to such materials or on any sites linked to this site.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall WonderX or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on WonderX's services, even if WonderX or a WonderX authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.

9. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless WonderX and its licensee and licensors, and their employees, contractors, agents, officers, and directors, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses arising from:

10. Payment and Billing

10.1 Subscription Fees

Some parts of our services are billed on a subscription basis. You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis (such as monthly or annually), depending on the type of subscription plan you select.

10.2 Fee Changes

WonderX, in its sole discretion and at any time, may modify the subscription fees. Any subscription fee change will become effective at the end of the then-current billing cycle.

10.3 Refunds

Except when required by law, paid subscription fees are non-refundable. Certain refund requests may be considered by WonderX on a case-by-case basis.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the services immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.

If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the services or contact us directly.

All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which WonderX operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

By continuing to access or use our services after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, you are no longer authorized to use the services.
